Cromwell collaboration secures Central Texas Food Bank new site
Central Texas Food Bank recently broke ground at 1402 Gholson Road, the new location for their expanding operations and a planned 64,000 SF Waco Facility.
Clay Fuller of Cromwell Commercial Group represented Central Texas Food Bank and assisted in their search for this new location. In the property search,Clay enlisted the support of Dillon Meek, Cromwell COO, leveraging his in-depth knowledge of local government and experience to help Central Texas Food Bank secure a variance and zoning change that allowed this location to become the right fit for their new facility.
CentralTexas Food Bank headquartered out of Austin, will utilize this new facility to serve as a northern territory distribution center, positioning services 100 miles closer than before to bring food access and other services to thousands in the Heart of Texas Region who daily face food insecurity.
