Stefan LeRow joins Cromwell Commercial Group

Cromwell Commercial Group is pleased to welcome local businessman Stephan LeRow to the team, as he pursues the next chapter of his career in commercial real estate.

A graduate of Texas A&M University,LeRow began his career as a field engineer for a large oil well-field services company before transitioning into mechanical contracting in 2000. He quickly solidified his investment in the Waco Community co-founding Capstone Mechanical in 2005.

Capstone Mechanical was acquired by private equity in 2021 and LeRow stayed on in the role of President through this past summer. Recognizing that Texas ranks right at the top in class when it comes to business environment, workforce and cost of living with Waco’s central location placing it in the middle of all of the action, LeRow believes it is an ideal city to raise a family and is looking forward to the continued growth of Waco and the rich history of this community.
