Supporting growth in Central Waco Retail Centers

News

Cromwell Commercial Group brokers are working hard serving the Central Waco Community with developments to Waco Square and Waco Commons off Valley Mills Dr.

The grocery chain PocoLoco is set to open it’s second Waco location, with the help of Gregg Glime representing the landlord in attracting and securing the retailer's anchor position in Waco Square off the corner of Valley Mills. With plans to renovate the previous movie theater space, Poco Loco does not have a set opening date, but is hopeful to see a 2025 opening.

Additionally, Will Phipps brokered the sale of neighboring retail center Waco Commons by Merritt Capital Partners. Waco Commons along with the commercial strip on Franklin Ave is currently fully leased.
