Cromwell brokers lease for I-35 Road Improvement Project Contractor

Local

Clay Fuller of Cromwell Commercial Group brokered the lease at 1618 Exchange Parkway to PSC James Construction Group, the contractor selected by TXDOT to complete the $234M I-35 Waco South Project for the second phase of road improvements between 12th Street and South Loop 340.

Construction, that will include the expansion of both northbound and southbound lanes is expected to begin in February with projected completion in 2029.
