Bland Cromwell has been in Commercial Real Estate and serving clients in the Waco area for over 45 years. Bland has been involved with the majority of the industrial transitions in Central Texas, including Allergan, Coca Cola and Caterpillar amongst many others. 

A native Wacoan, Bland attended Richfield High School and acquired his real estate license while in college in 1975. After graduating from Southwestern University, he immediately started in the commercial real estate business with Jim Stewart, which later became Coldwell Banker Jim Stewart Realtors in 1999. Bland has been a top producer his entire career with over $2 billion in sales. He has twice been named the top producer in the nation for Coldwell Banker Commercial, and most recently in 2022 he was the top producer in Texas and fourth highest producer in the Nation. 

Bland is an avid musician and continues to play keyboards in multiple Classic Rock projects. He loves spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. 

Bland is excited to see the legacy of the company Jim Stewart started in 1970 be continued with the tremendous talent that has come together to form the new venture of Cromwell Commercial Group.
