Clay Fuller has 9 years of real estate experience working in private equity and commercial brokerage. His practice includes transactional management, site selection, tenant representation, landlord leasing and investment sales. Clay works to meet his clients’ unique commercial real estate needs while allowing them to focus on their core business. He is in constant pursuit of implementing opportunities with clear strategies for execution on behalf of his clients. Before joining Coldwell Banker, Clay managed the private real estate portfolio of Gary Keller, founding partner of Keller Williams in Austin, TX. Since moving to Waco, he has a transaction volume exceeding $100 million across office, retail, industrial and land. Clay played 6 years of professional baseball in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization as an outfielder before joining the Baylor University football team in the fall of 2011. As an inside receiver, he contributed to two Big 12 Championship teams (‘13, ‘14). He received a B.A. in Real Estate and was awarded the most outstanding real estate student by Baylor in the spring of 2015.
