Brandon Davis has been in Commercial Real Estate for three years, and has had an immediately impressive start to his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jim Stewart Realtors as Rookie of the Year in 2021, and has quickly become a top producer. Brandon is a native Wacoan, and an alumnus of Baylor University. He previously had a successful career climbing the corporate ladder at both Schnitzer Steel Industries in the Pacific NW and Commercial Metals Company in Tulsa, OK, but ultimately returned home with his young family to begin his real estate career. Services provided include commercial/industrial sales, leasing, investment sales and development, and industrial/retail tenant and landlord representation. Pulling from his experience as an operations manager in both industrial and retail settings, Brandon is well-positioned to understand the needs of both Landlords and Tenants. Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his wife Stephanie, and their two children Jolee and Luke, and being active with his kid’s sports.
