Brad is a native Wacoan, and has been serving client needs in Commercial Real Estate for over 45 years. Beginning his career with the acquisition of his real estate license in 1977, he immediately joined Jim Stewart Realtors, and through his tenure there Brad served as Vice President of the company and on the Board of Directors. Brad specializes in commercial and industrial sales, leasing, investment sales, and development. He notably handled all the Land Acquisitions for Baylor University’s McLane Stadium, and handles leasing for over 800,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space locally. As a consistent top producer at Coldwell Banker Commercial, Jim Stewart Realtors, Brad has been recognized as the top producer in the state of Texas, the top producer in the Western Region and the top producer in the Southern Region. Brad enjoys being in the outdoors with his wife, four grown children, and seven grandkids, and especially enjoys being a spectator at his grandkids' sporting events. Brad has no plans to retire, and hopes to continue to have the opportunity to keep doing what he enjoys. He is especially looking forward to the challenge of developing Cromwell Commercial Group, and helping the younger agents just as Jim Stewart helped him 45 years ago, striving to make a lasting impact on their lives just as Jim did for Brad.
